1.
Entry
and
Eligibility:
No purchase required. The
35th
"Win a HiTech Wireless™ Prize" promotion
officially begins at 12:01 AM (MST) on December 1st, 2007. All entries must be received
by HiTech Wireless through the electronic entry form on the
HiTech Wireless web site,
www.HiTechWireless.com,
by 11:59PM (MST) on February 29th 2008. This promotion is open only to
current residents of the United States, 18 years of age or
older who are the rightful owners of a dedicated e-mail
address, with web access starting on or before 12/01/2007. This
promotion is void where prohibited by law, and is subject to
federal, state, and local regulations.
Limit ONE ENTRY PER
PERSON per day. Odds of winning depend on the number
of eligible entries received. To enter, complete the
official entry form at
www.HiTechWireless.com with
your first and last name, e-mail address, and zip
code. Along with other information, all entrants
must enter a valid and current electronic mail
(e-mail) address for themselves on the official
electronic entry form in order to win. The winner
will be notified via the e-mail address entered and
submitted on the entry form.
Absolutely no phone,
mail-in, or entries other than e-mail or official
"Win a HiTech Wireless™ Prize" promotion electronic
entry form on the Internet will be accepted. It is
not necessary to purchase any products in order to
participate in the promotion, nor is it necessary to
be present in order to win the prize. All entries
become the exclusive property of HiTech Wireless.
In the event of a
dispute as to who submitted an entry to the
promotion, the holder of the e-mail address shall be
considered the valid entrant. Employees of
HiTech Wireless and their affiliates, subsidiaries,
advertisers and promotional agencies and the
immediate family members of each are not eligible to
participate. This promotion is void where prohibited
by law.

throughout the length of the promotion.
HiTech Wireless is not responsible for technical,
hardware, software or telephone failures of any
kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or
failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer
transmissions, whether caused by HiTech Wireless
users, or by any of the equipment or programming
associated with or utilized in the promotion, or by
any technical or human error which may occur in the
processing of submissions, which may limit an
entrant's ability to participate in the promotion.
HiTech Wireless reserves the right at its sole
discretion to disqualify any individual they find to
be tampering with the entry process or with the
operation of the promotion or with HiTech Wireless,
or to be acting in violation of these Official
Rules. HiTech Wireless reserves the right, at its
sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, or suspend
this promotion should virus bugs, non-authorized
human interventions, or other causes beyond its
control corrupt or affect the administration,
security, fairness, or proper conduct of the
promotion. By submitting your entry, you agree that
HiTech Wireless may use this data for an internal
demographic knowledgebase.
By registering in our contest, you agree to
receive promotional e-mail offers from Hitech
Wireless. You can at anytime unsubscribe from our
mailings by clicking the unsubscribe link in our
e-mails.
2. The Prize's:
To Be Announced!
Estimated retail
value of the Grand Prize and accessories is over
$150. The prize shall be delivered in 2 to 4
weeks. The prizes and accessories ordered for the
winner are at the sole discretion of HiTech Wireless.
Prizes will be in new or like new condition. Actual
model, color and features of the prize awarded may
vary from photos used in print or in electronic
advertising by HiTech Wireless. Uniden, Jabra,
Bearcat and/or Motorola, Inc. are not sponsoring,
endorsing or approving this promotion. Motorola,
Talkabout, Timex, Uniden, Bearcat and Jabra are
registered trademarks of Jabra Inc, Motorola Inc,
Uniden Inc, and Timex, Inc. The prizes are supplied
by HiTech Wireless. There is no
substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent for the
prize offered in conjunction with this contest.
3. Selection of the Prize winner:
The prize drawing
will be conducted under the supervision of
HiTech Wireless, whose decisions are final and
binding in all respects.
One Grand prize
winner will be selected at random from the total
pool of eligible entries. Prize drawing will
take place on or before 11:59PM (MST) February
29th, 2008. The winner will be notified
via electronic mail (e-mail). The attempt to notify
the winner via e-mail will be made within 48-72
hours of the drawings. The winner will be notified
via the e-mail address entered on the official "Win
a HiTech Wireless™ Prize" promotion entry form. In
the event that HiTech Wireless does not receive a
response and specific acknowledgment of acceptance
of the prize(s) by the winning entrants within 96
hours of when the e-mail notification was sent from
HiTech Wireless, then an alternate winner may be
chosen at random from all other eligible entries
4. Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability:
The Grand Prize
winner will be required at HiTech Wireless's sole
discretion, to execute and return within 14 days of
notification an affidavit of eligibility and
liability release and, except where prohibited by
law, a publicity release. Winner must provide
identification and proof of eligibility. Failure to
comply with these rules will cause the prize to be
forfeited and another winner chosen at random from
the pool of eligible entrants.
5. Publishing of Information About the Winners:
The winner
acknowledges and agrees that as a condition of
winning, HiTech Wireless has the right to publicize
his/her name, likeness, city and state of residence,
the fact that he/she won the specific prize in the
promotion, statements made by the winner about the
promotion or HiTech Wireless, and all matters
incidental thereto without further approval or
consideration, except where prohibited by law. The
identification of the official winner will be posted
on the HiTech Wireless web site at
www.HiTechWireless.com within 2 to 4
weeks of the final qualification, acceptance and
confirmation of the winner and will remain posted.
Information regarding the winning entrants may be
published in other places and media before and after
this specific posting on
http://www.hitechwireless.com/ContestWinners.aspx .
Entrants may
request the name of the winner by mail by
sending a self-addressed stamped envelope after
March 1st,

6. Taxes, Licensing, Cellular Subscription, and
other Fees:
All federal, state,
and local taxes, along with subscription to a
cellular subscriber service, and all other fees
associated with the prizes awarded in the "Win a
HiTech Wireless™ Prize" promotion will be the sole
responsibility of the individual winner and will be
paid for by the individual winner. The cost of any
other or additional accessories other than those
awarded by HiTech Wireless, will be the sole
responsibility of the winner and will be paid for by
the winner. In the event of non-compliance on the
part of an individual winner to pay the cost of all
applicable taxes, licenses, or additional fees,
HiTech Wireless reserves the right to forfeit the
entrant's right to the prize and to select another
winner at random from the total pool of eligible
entrants.
