is rapidly approaching, and we know many of you are already shopping for
Christmas gift. Please read this important
information regarding shipping and ordering this time of year.
During the first 3 weeks of December, our
phone lines are always overloaded. Hold
times may be long, or you may be asked to
leave a message. We apologize. If you need
to contact us we recommend that you send us
an e-mail instead, as we may be able to
answer your question quicker.

For the same reason, please try to place your orders online instead
of ordering by phone. Ordering online is safe (see our
Privacy Policy), and when you order
online the order immediately gets processed and placed in line for
shipment, so it will get shipped out quicker.
Shipping is difficult this time of year, and we want everyone to get
their orders in time for Christmas. December 1st through the 15th is our
busiest time of the year. We expect to be a little backed-up, and we can
also expect FedEx, UPS and the Postal Service to be backed-up. Shipping
delays of 1-3 business days are common, so please leave yourself plenty of time when placing an order.
Please read: the time listed is in business days. FedEx/UPS
does not operate on weekends or holidays. If you are counting days, you
must skip over weekends or holidays. For example, 4 business days from
Tuesday would be the following Monday (count Wednesday, Thursday,
Friday, Monday). This applies to all FedEx/UPS shipments.
If you are ordering an item for Christmas, please order
no
later than Friday, December 14th. It will still be possible to
receive items ordered after that date to some areas, but not to all of
them. If you are in doubt please contact us
first before placing your order.

When ordering online you will be creating an account with us. This is
so you can check your order status and track your shipment right from
our website (You must login). The FedEx/UPS tracking information will tell you what day the
package will arrive. Please make sure someone will be home to accept the
package on the delivery day, as FedEx/UPS usually will not leave a
package at the door. FedEx/UPS will make (2) delivery attempts on
consecutive days. If no one is home, they will leave a delivery notice
on your door and return the following business day. You can sign this
notice and have FedEx/UPS leave the package in a place you specify upon
their next attempt, or you can make arrangements to pick it up at a
local FedExUPS station (the delivery notice will provide instructions
for these options).
Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO Addresses etc:
Please place your
orders no later than Monday, December 10th. The postal service is
extremely slow this time of year, and it is not a time-guaranteed
service. Last year it was taking 10-15 days in some cases, even with
Priority Mail. Please leave yourself plenty of time. We ship Priority
Mail to APO/FPO. See

US Orders Only!
We can't stress enough how important it is to order early,
thus leaving yourself some time if anything were to go wrong. Trying to
schedule an item to arrive a day or two before Christmas is a bad
idea, it will not allow for any FedEx/UPS delays (which are common)
or mistakes, or leave enough time to correct address errors if there are
any. So be safe, and order early. We cannot make guarantees with regards
to receiving an item in time for Christmas, as we do not deliver the
shipment. Once your shipment is given to the carrier it is no longer
within our control.
There is also a small possibility that an ordered product is no
longer in stock. We try to keep enough stock on-hand this time of
year to handle the rush, but due to the overwhelming volume of orders we
receive it may be possible that an item is sold-out before out website
has a chance to update and reflect that information. If this were to
happen we would immediately notify
you (within 24hrs) by e-mail of the situation.
As usual, our
Return Policy is
extended to allow returns for items given as Christmas gifts. Any item
purchased now can be returned up until January
25th. But you must
notify us between December 27th and January 2nd to obtain an RA number
for these items. Please see our
Return Policy for instructions. The time is extended, but all other
conditions of our return policy will apply- items must be returned in
new, un-used condition with all original packing materials. We will not
tolerate any abuse of this extension, if a returned item appears to have
excessive use or wear it will not be accepted.

As usual, we are extending our
EXCHANGE POLICY to allow for items that are given as Christmas gifts
and are purchased between November 15 and December 23, 2007
ONLY to be
exchanged. Please note this is an extension of the exchange
policy only, not the refund policy.
We want our customers to be fully satisfied with the products we sell.
That's why all of our items are backed by our satisfaction guarantee. We
make sure that our customers are pleased with our service and products,
and offer the following exchange policy:
If your item is damaged in shipping:
All products are packed with the utmost care, to ensure that your
order will arrive safely. However, in very rare instances, a product
could be accidentally damaged by the delivery company. We insure every
shipment at no cost to you. If your item is damaged during shipping,
simply notify us by phone or by e-mail within 3 days of receipt. We
will file a claim for the damaged item and ship out a new item within
1 business day.
If your item is defective:
At HiTechWireless.com, we make sure that you get what you
paid for. If your item has a defect, simply notify us by phone or by
e-mail no later than Friday, December 28, 2007. We will immediately make
arrangements to have your item replaced. Returning the item to
us is your responsibility along with all return shipping costs. Upon
receipt we will inspect the item and verify the defect. A new item
will then be shipped out to you within 1 business day, at absolutely
no cost to you.
If you simply don't need the item and want to exchange it:
You may exchange any item for any reason, no questions asked.
Simply notify us by RMA request (You must Login) or by e-mail that you wish to return the
item before Friday, January 4rd, 2007. You must return the product at your expense in undamaged
(open packages are considered damaged and carry a minimum 15% re-stocking fee
plus the shipping cost deduction of $7.50 per item) condition in the original box (returns should be double boxed) with all materials. parts, cords, manuals and package inserts. Hitechwireless reserves the right to make the determination of undamaged condition and may reduce the credit to you if the product is not returned in undamaged condition or if all contents of the product are not returned.
All returns must have a return authorization number. Returns
without a return authorization number will not be accepted. If you
wish to return an item, please Login and request a
Return Authorization
Number and we will email you with further
instructions. Once a return authorization number is issued, the item
must be returned to HiTechWireless.com within a period of (2) weeks,
or the return will not be accepted.
EXCEPTION: All sales are FINAL once a cellular phone has been activated
or a UPC code has been removed from any packaging.
