The product(s) comes with a money back return policy effective for 15 days beginning with the date of original shipment to you. If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of this product, you may return it to

Wireless and obtain a full refund of the original purchase price of the product, excluding shipping and handling charges - we will deduct
$7.50 per item ordered with Free Ground Shipping from your refund, unless there was an error on our part in shipping your order (e.g. error in the type of radio shipped), in which case we will pay for shipping and handling charges.
You must return the product at your expense in undamaged
(open packages are considered damaged and carry a minimum 15% re-stocking fee
plus the shipping cost deduction of $7.50 per item) condition in the original box (returns should be double boxed) with all materials. parts, cords, manuals and package inserts.

Wireless reserves the right to make the determination of undamaged condition and may reduce the credit to you if the product is not returned in undamaged condition or if all contents of the product are not returned.
Credits will be issued in the same way you originally paid for the products.
EXCEPTION: All sales are FINAL:
- Once a cellular phone/product has been
activated.
- The UPC code has been removed from any packaging.
- Headsets and eartips can only be returned
in unopened packages.
- No returns allowed on Close-Out Items.
For your protection, please use Insured Parcel Post, UPS or Federal Express for return shipment. Upon receipt of the returned product by

Wireless, a refund will be made by crediting the credit account number used for the original purchase.
Please allow 10 working days for credit to be
applied.
NOTE: Refused shipments are subject to a $25 return fee.

Wireless will accept exchanges for any reason on
unused or defective merchandise in the original
package in resalable condition for up to 30 days
after you have received your order.
Defective items over the 15 day return policy
can only be exchanged. Shipping charges will apply
on all exchanges.
