The DTR410 has new features! - the big deal is one-to-one calling. This feature had previously only been available on the higher-tier DTR radios and we kept the same Price!

We upgraded the DTR410 via a firmware flash at our office. Motorola is also has an SMS program to be run on a laptop with a DTR connected. This will allow a manager/operator to send text messages directly to a particular phone on the fly - without using the mini-keyboard or having only default messages to choose from.
