PROMOTION TERMS & CONDITIONS

This offer is valid only with the purchase of six (6) Motorola Solutions’ CLP Series, Motorola Solutions’ CLS Series, Motorola Solutions’ RDX Series, or Motorola Solutions’ DTR Series two-way radios between 3/1/2013 and 6/30/2013. Offer excludes CLS1000, CLS1450c and all bulk (non-packaged) purchase models.

To receive your free CLP1060 radio with Bluetooth Wireless Audio Headset, or CLS Radio (same model number), or RDX (same model number), or DTR (same model number) you must completely fill out the online submission form (available at www.motorolasavings.com). You will receive a confirmation page at the end of the online submission process. Finalize your submission by mailing in the following:

• Signed printout of completed online submission form confirmation page

• A copy of all purchase invoices/receipts submitted in one submission package (packing slips not accepted)

• 1”x 3” barcode from product packaging for all radios purchased

Send your submission package to the address below. Redemption requests must be postmarked on or before 7/15/2013, and received by 7/31/2013.

The 1”x 3” barcode can be found on the outside of the product packaging. See the HELP section on www.motorolasavings.com for a sample and assistance in locating the appropriate barcode label.

• Purchase six (6) CLP Series (CLP1010, CLP1040, CLP1060) and receive one (1) free CLP1060 with Bluetooth Wireless Audio Headset.

• Purchase six (6) CLS Series (CLS1110, CLS1410) and receive one (1) free CLS Series radio (same model number) or one (1) free CLP1060 radio with Bluetooth Wireless Audio Headset.

• Purchase six (6) DTR Series (DTR410 and DTR550) and receive one free DTR Series radio (same model).

A minimum of six radios within the same product series must be purchased during the promotional period to qualify for the free offers. Mixing among various product series (CLS Series™, CLP Series™, RDX Series™, DTR Series™) to qualify for the promotional offer is not allowed. Motorola reserves the right to substitute product.

Maximum of 10 total redemptions (60 radio units) are eligible for free radios per customer/company.

Offer good only in the U.S., Canada and Puerto Rico and is void where prohibited, taxed or restricted by law.

Motorola Solutions’ CLS Series™, CLP Series™, RDX Series™ or DTR Series™ two-way radio(s) cannot be returned once the original submission form has been submitted.

Not responsible for lost, late, mutilated, misdirected or postage due mail. Illegible or incomplete forms will be considered invalid and ineligible for offer.

Photocopies or mechanical reproductions of the 1” x 3” barcodes from product packaging will not be accepted.

This offer may not be combined with any other promotional offers, rebates, coupons or discounts.

This form has no cash value. Reproduction, purchase, sale or trade of 1” x 3” barcodes from product packaging is prohibited.
