Radio Programming Options
HiTech Wireless provides free basic programming on qualifying radio purchases. Free programming includes standard features and up to 16 channels.
Programming Information
To have your new radios programmed to match an existing system, please provide all available programming information when placing your order.
Programming accuracy depends on the information you provide. HiTech Wireless is not responsible for programming errors caused by incomplete or inaccurate customer-supplied information.
If we do not receive the required programming information within 10 days of your order, we may ship the radios with basic programming to avoid further delay.
Clone an Existing Radio
If you do not have the programming information, you may send us a compatible existing radio to use as a programming reference. Contact us for shipping instructions before sending your radio.
We will read the existing radio and use the available information to program your new radios. We can keep the programming file on record for future orders and provide you with a copy for your records when permitted by the radio manufacturer and software.
New Radio Systems
For a new radio system, we can create a basic setup using appropriate frequencies and standard features. We can also retain the programming file for future orders.

We will review your programming requirements and advise you of any additional charges before completing billable custom programming.
