HiTechWireless ships via FedEx, UPS and US Post throughout the US (and to APO/FPO addresses and Puerto Rico. Delivery typically takes 4-7 days within the 48 contiguous states.
Continental US: FREE Standard Shipping for all orders over $150.
Continental US: select either Overnight, 2 Day or 3 business day Express Saver. Shipping charge is calculated based on the weight and size of items added to your shopping cart and will be displayed prior to placing and confirming your order.
Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and APO/FPO addresses: select US Post Express Mail for a flat rate $35 per order.
Please allow 5-7 business days for checks and money orders to clear. All shipments are subject to product availability. Special shipping requests are subject to our approval. Sorry, we can not ship FedEx or UPS to a US P.O. Box only USPS mail. Actual freight charges may vary. We will contact you by e-mail if this occurs.
If your item is damaged in shipping:
All products are packed with the utmost care, to ensure that your order will arrive safely. However, in very rare instances, a product could be accidentally damaged by the delivery company. We insure every shipment at no cost to you. If your item is damaged during shipping, First, let the delivery driver note the damage, then notify us by phone or by e-mail within 3 days of receipt. We will file a claim for the damaged item and ship out a new item within 1 business day.
