The TK-2360IS radio is a compact 5 Watt portable radio designed for industrial job site communications, particularly for areas that require intrinsically safe communications where the presence of a potential spark, heat, or flame could potentially create a safety hazard.
The tough TK-2360IS has passed the demanding IP54/55 dust and water intrusion tests, even with the KMC-45 optional speaker microphone attached (locking bracket required). It also meets or exceeds 11 stringent MIL-STD 810 C/D/E/F environmental standards, including blowing rain.
The TK-2360IS gives you sixteen conventional channels with QT and DQT codes, is VOX ready and includes built in Privacy Talk voice scrambling features.
