With an IP54 rating, the SM26N2-P offers dependable protection against dust and water spray, making it suitable for daily field operations. Its intrinsically safe certification allows safe use in hazardous environments where flammable gases, vapors, or combustible dust may be present—ideal for oil and gas, chemical, utility, and emergency response sectors.
The SM26N2-P is equipped with a dedicated emergency alert button for rapid incident notification and an integrated Push-to-Talk (PTT) key for immediate communication without handling the radio. A built-in 2.5mm audio jack supports connection to compatible external earpieces, such as the Hytera EAS03, enabling discreet audio monitoring. Its coiled cable with a 13-pin connector and thumb screw ensures secure attachment, while the 360° swivel metal clip provides flexible, hands-free mounting.
