The IC-F4031S series provides perfect protection against water and dust. The IC-F4031S Trans receiver can withstand 1m depth of water for 30 minutes and its dust-tight construction ingress of powder dust, sand and other particles. It has built-in 2-tone, 5-tone CTCSS and DTCS signalling capabilities for group communication for selective calling. A red button on the top can be used to transmit an emergency signal. If does not operated for a present time, an emergency signal is automatically transmit.
